Thinking back some months, was it not part of the deal that the debts picked up by the consortium would not exceed £2.5M. if the £400K is in the £2.5M it is not a problem. If it is in excess of that figure RM has to pay it.

Hopefully, it is hopefully not a problem either way. Time will tell.
