Good news, i think? Still seems a very long way to go in terms of the full deal being done, still seems to be a lot resting on rms 'assurances' .... Champagne remains on ice, until rm is gone for good, but maybe we can have a semi normal season of football now.
 
To comment on @SunSea&Shrimpers' point. Cabinet agendas and papers have to be published well in advance (legal requirement) so the business on the agenda doesn't necessarily reflect what is happening on that day. We had a confidential discussion at the end of Cabinet about SUFC just to reassure you that it is being discussed and worked on daily.

This should provide the National League with sufficient confidence to withdraw their request for SUFC to provide a Bond...........however we are talking about the National League, so..........
