Just had an email from Seetickets saying that I have to collect mine from ticket office on Sunday from 1pm. Their site says 98% of tickets have been sent so I'm in the other 2%. Can't be bothered to ask for my postage back as I won't get it - seems like a good way to make money for them. In reality I should invoice them for my time?? I ordered these on Sunday!

Mate, if you collect them on Sunday, you might be disappointed

our 30 tickets arrived yesterday, they were a mixture of Adult and Conc. But the tickets are all printed as £38 adult tickets. The corner has a perforation saying please remove if concession (or something like that), seems a bit odd, do you think that SEE tickets should have torn that bit off? Doubt it will be a problem on the day as you the turnstiles are automated anyway.

I bought 2 concession tickets 1 for over 60 and one for my grandson. There is no corner cut off.
Are there any checks made on the concession tickets? It seems not.

Your receipt tells you which tickets are concession and which are full price. I'm guessing the bar code reader at Wembley will flag up each type.

I got my tickets yesterday which was meant to be one adult and one concession, however, although the slip is showing the correct details, both tickets are showing as full price adults (with consession on the white tab section).

just got my tickets ordered friday am was getting very stressed would rather queue at roots hall in future ( I live in hope!)

Seetickets are a bit of a **** take really, we ordered our tickets saturday and went for special delivery the tickets arrived yesterday. Someone I work with ordered his tickets on sunday no special delivery and tickets arrived yesterday!! SO WHAT DID I PAY THE EXTRA £6.50 for?????

Insurance that the Post Office didn't **** it up?

And relax.

Very impressed got my tickets this morning.

Ordered them 4.00pm tuesday afternoon here first thing Thursday.

Game on!!!

I don't think the extra £6.50 was anything to do with 1st class delivery/express delivery. I'm sure it never said that you would get the tickets any quicker by buying into this option. As someone else has stated it was about security/insurance.

No the reader will just flag it's a valid ticket it won't know if it's an adult/concession/child ticket.
If you have a load of tickets there is no way of telling what ticket is what and there is no need to either as all tickets are the same!

On your receipt it tells you which tickets are full price and which are concessions. Pretty sure the ticket readers know what type of ticket it is as well.

You are perfectly entitled to ask for your postage back if you have complied with their Ts & Cs and they haven't fulfilled their end of the bargain!

Firstly Seetickets don't dictate how long the post office will take to deliver. Secondly you paid for insurance. People like me took a risk they wouldn't arrive before the big day.

Nope it won't the tickets are printed well in advance.
If I have a mixture of adult/concession/child tickets I just hand them any ticket how do I know what ticket is what. The ticket reader at Wembley will just flag it as a valid ticket.
