You tell me not to worry I am dam angry I have recived an email telling me the ticket office are awaiting fresh supplies .They also say that the tickets will be sent asap .Sorry I find this very bad indeed .There is no way our tickets are going to arrive on time now . Any thoughts as to what I can do .:angry::angry::angry::angry::angry::angry:

Well mine are now sitting in the post office and I have no idea of how to get them prior to Saturday. Awesome.

If they were special delivery, you should have got a card through the door if you weren't in to receive. That gives you instructions on how to go collect them. If not you should call Royal Mail and go from there

You will get a e-mail when the tickets are sent out. With special delivery you get details so you can check where they are on the Royal Mail site

Mine arrived - got home to the Royal Mail card and rescued them from the post office about 1/2 hour ago!

getting excited now!

As others have said, they are not tearing of the 'concessions' piece on the tickets. Anyone else wishing they had chanced it and bought their tickets for half price. With hindsight I could have done that , and then if they arrived as juniors I could have called and explained I had made a mistake and asked to change them to full price. (I call it playing the system, you may call it being tight ).

Mine arrived today. Bought Friday, received email saying posted yesterday and on the door mat today. No special delivery. Least I can relax a little bit until the game

I noticed that, and had the same thought!

Indeed, problem is we are both working tomorrow and Friday. Mrs Jam may need to find a way to get there.

For those worrying re arrival - hope this helps...
Being a 'dirty but legal tout' as well as lifelong Shrimper I can confirm BOC (Box office collection) is a hassle but easy enough if needs be.

See tickets often lose tickets (1%-2% of my orders lost between them and RMail or nicked) See used to be notoriously late for delivery- pulled socks up this year and seem to be on it now.

All future tickets now purchased for Wembley by late deciders/ buyers are sent automatically and only to BOC -
Easy to collect simply take confirmation and credit card / ID - give address verbally and collect them - job done.
Obviously could well be big queues now all future sales will be collected (another 1000 transactions? maybe more 15 windows)
IF YOUR TICKETS HAVN'T ARRIVED - YOU CAN CALL EVEN ON THE DAY SEE TICKETS AND THEY WILL ISSUE DUPLICATES TO ALSO BE COLLECTED
I have tickets arrive from See on the day of the event and a few times the day after the event I'd say 1/2 per 100 orders - they are a company helped run by Nottingham Uni staff

Once you get through to call centre (ten mins max queue) ask for duplicates to be sent to Wembley BOC -they press a few buttons and hey presto old ones/ barcodes are canx/ invalidated and a new order sent to print new set off at Wembley BOC - they never refund your postage either - have to suck it up.

Duplicates are issued and sent to BOC while the barcode on the originals sitting at Southend GPO etc are invalidated
Hassle yes but will not stop you getting in - not at all
If you wait for Saturdays post (that may come up till 12.00) - it will ruin your day so call for duplicates Friday afternoon and collect from Wembley at 1pm when no queues then go have a beer or five - that's what I'd do anyway.
Doesn't take more than 45 seconds each person so queues will move fast at the windows

Also pointless calling Seetickets if havnt come until they arrive or you need to call for duplicates (used to spend hrs calling students who know no more than you'll know from their tracker you can view online
- if sent 1st class can take three days as sit in mail bags in Nottingham etc
as I say wait for Friday post then call for duplicates
99% will arrive by then.

What a day this could be - Enjoy

Mine all arrived safely today, one of the kids signed for them (they are both on hols from work this week) but definitely no real need to have paid out for special delivery.

No I call it stealing

With the postal service where I live in Braintree, special delivery is almost a necessity!

May be slightly controversial, but not living or working any where near Southend any more, knowing I had no chance of getting to RH this week because of work commitments, and I didnt want my Dad (who is perfectly ok but has some health issues) to spend a few hours in the car park queuing as he did last time, I have been very impressed by the efficiency and speed of sorting out and receiving our tickets. Yes, overall it has cost me an additional £20 with the booking fees and special delivery, but for me that is worth it to alleviate the concern of potential consequences of the tickets being sold by the club's ticket office. Obviously, I am sure not everyone will share my opinion on this!

Just had an email from Seetickets saying that I have to collect mine from ticket office on Sunday from 1pm. Their site says 98% of tickets have been sent so I'm in the other 2%. Can't be bothered to ask for my postage back as I won't get it - seems like a good way to make money for them. In reality I should invoice them for my time?? I ordered these on Sunday!
