DWP have informed me that my state pension will be increasing by £12 per week in April 23. Triple lock has kicked in obviously. I would be amazed in the triple lock survives next year.

I always thought you was in your 20/30s for some reason.

Erm I’m enjoying the bits of sunshine we getting. Spring is here next week and not long till summer. Life goes so quick.

According to Mrs RHB I'm younger than that having regressed to childhood. The advantage of that is that I'm able to park in the mother and child supermarket spaces safe in the knowledge that I'm really a child. The reality is that my body has managed 71 seasons now.

Henry Sandat's grandad! I was chatting to the security guy at Tesco, Prince Avenue this morning and it turns out he is Henry's grandad and he couldn't be more proud of Henry if he tried. It was a delight to speak with him and I even got shown photos of Henry visiting Tescos with selfies with youngsters there..

Had my driver education course this morning .. was actually worthwhile, nice people running it and learnt something. First visit to the Basildon Holiday Inn as well.
