You're bloody right there are, trouble is, the police aren't bothering about them, instead, they're wasting valuable man hours catching perfectly law abiding (usually) citizens in stupid speed traps outside schools! They've been there twice a week for the last 3 or 4 weeks....and then, on Wednesday, a teenager got knocked down on the High Road where they never bother having one!!! :soapbox:

If you don't know the road then you're not exactly well placed to judge, it's a road where people rarely speed unlike the High Road where people frequently do. The fact that several students and elderly people have been knocked down on that stretch of the High Road would suggest that the authorities would be as well to spend some time there.

I did not come on here looking for sympathy, I was indignant and angry about being caught as a result of a bad driver - who got away without being caught - 's actions! FFS, will you give over with the holier than thou attitude you so frequently adopt? Sanctimony is not a likeable attribute.
