Question What is making you happy today?

Benfleet Xmas lights being turned on.

It made Leigh Lights look like a load of ****ing ****.

Passed my final exam on this god forsaken course and finish a week on Friday. 10 weeks of my absolute brain being fried is nearly over.

Extra slice of bacon in my Greggs bacon roll this morning.

This is what a smile and the alluring musk of Right Guard sport gets you.

The waiter that served me at The Golden Prawn in Benfleet looked like Pat 'Bomber', Roach's character from Raiders of the lost ark.

So the past three months I’ve been doing a gym challenge. Lots of classes and a fairly strict diet to follow.

Had my weigh-in this morning.

2st 1lb lost
Body fat from about 30% to 20% (not sure how reliable this is)
4.5 inches from waist.

Absolutely buzzing. Signed up for another challenge in jan but today I’ve got a day off so heading to Manchester for some food, shopping and then drinks with mates.

I love this photo - 1922 with Wembley being built. Look how empty it is!

Just had a Car Tax Enforcement van pull up outside the house and clamp a couple of cars that like to use our road as the overflow car park for the railway station half a mile away. Boy, are they in for a shock when they finish work....... Shame.... :Hilarious:

A 7 mile cycle at 6:30 am and a McDonald's breakfast have taken the edge off an Xmas party hangover.
