So the past three months I’ve been doing a gym challenge. Lots of classes and a fairly strict diet to follow.

Had my weigh-in this morning.

2st 1lb lost
Body fat from about 30% to 20% (not sure how reliable this is)
4.5 inches from waist.

Absolutely buzzing. Signed up for another challenge in jan but today I’ve got a day off so heading to Manchester for some food, shopping and then drinks with mates.

Just had a Car Tax Enforcement van pull up outside the house and clamp a couple of cars that like to use our road as the overflow car park for the railway station half a mile away. Boy, are they in for a shock when they finish work....... Shame....
