Working close to home is great - took me 25 mins to get in this morning, and that included waiting 7 mins for the train.
Had a call back on a job I interviewed for last week, been offered the job, going in on Thursday to meet the director and sort the minor details out, based in Chelmsford rather than London, so no more trains!!!!! big step up for me as its a management role and definitely a step in the right direction for family life!

Yeah *******s, being on time and me a bit early 'cos I have a thing about being early.
Sorry, should have put a smiley on that last post.
My girls side smashing Orient 6-2 in the cup yesterday was pretty good.

The good thing about changing jobs is that you can be a little bit more honest and straight talking.
There's a guy at my work who is an absolute bellend. I got in this morning and held the door open to him as he walked towards me down the corridor. Walked straight past without acknowledging me. Took the opportunity to shout 'so rude' at him.
Feel much better now, compared to my usual approach of complete silence and fuming about it for hours.
As I had to repeatedly tell universal jobmatch, I don't speak Chinese, sadly. Unless it's Future Chinese swear words spoken by Nathan Billion.
A passport might help...
(Also, tablet, Fillion is a great actor. Billion is a unit of currency. Stop it with the typos.)
