Yeah it's horrible in London as well. My throat is still rasping after walking into work this morning.

The sooner they ban cars, taxis etc the better. The air we breathe is killing us.
And knowing that I think I'll carry on drinking the Westcliff air in preference to the London version.

People who cannot grasp how to use cash machines have annoyed me today. I mean they've existed for 50 years now......
Or checkouts, sometimes it appears that certain persons are bemused that they are required to have money or card to pay for their shopping, often having been half aware that they need to pack their bags. I have wondered if they are just trying to take as long as possible or build a queue .

These antibiotics need to start working! :Frustrated:

Have you tried Asda at Shoebury? What a joke. One side is meant to be cash only. But half of them don't work at all and are always off. And then some have a makeshift notice saying card only, as cash not working. Most people in there pay cash, so you get massive queue's. I was in there yesterday, it was so busy, yet only two checkouts taking cash were working. This nonsense has been going on for about 6 months.

People who start doing the rest of their shopping at the checkout, seems to happen mostly in those smaller Tesco shops. About to get their wallet out and suddenly remember they need mustard and some wool.

Taking over 30 mins to get round the gridlocked roundabout under the M25 at the A13/ Thurrock services turnoff coming back from Folkstone.
Is it like that every day?.
In my experience,s for the last 10 years it has been so, and getting worse. From any direction as you approach M25 it gets congested and the tunnels area is worse than the Heathrow area.
The Lower Thames Crossing is a viable answer that is now 5 years too late and will be 20 years too late by the time it opens - if it ever does - similar to the Airport runway NIMBY delays.

Pedestrians that press the button for the green man after crossing the road. WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT?

'Convenient', 'quick' and 'easy' self service tills having longer queues than queues for the normal tills in supermarkets. There's always atleast two of them that's out of order too.

I agree with you on the crossings front mate, but I wasn't too impressed with the driver that went through the crossing on the red light when I was half way across the crossing. Total tosser came to mind.

The meedja showing the dead bodies of that poor father & young girl who tried to swim the Rio Grande to get into the USA. The BBC had some decency in not showing it this morning. Do we really need to see their prone bodies? Very voyeuristic.

Why bother advertising a ****ing job if you’ve already filled the slot. ****s!

When I was between Railway jobs (back in 2001/2) I went for an interview and heard nothing for weeks. When I rung them up they told me they'd given it to someone else and didn't have the decency to even let me know that I wasn't successful. ****s!

Try sitting on a delayed train for hours with no updates from the driver....
