Hacking me off? Well maybe the wrong expression but I have fallen in love with a lady - she doesn't feel the same about me. I'll get over it I suppose, just doesn't seem it at the moment.

The ECB sabotaging England's world cup hopes.

Just pick the best available players and that includes Hales and Archer.

I think they will both be in the squad. The press release I saw when the initial squad came out was something along the lines of they could not include someone who hasn't played an ODI in the initial squad, which is fair enough. The fact he is in the warm up series means Jofra can get himself into the final squad for the WC and with his talent I'm sure he will. In Hales case, there has to be a punishment for failing a test for recreational drugs, I bet they have said to him "be seen to get help and we'll put you back in". I'm almost certain Archer will make the WC squad and think Hales will too.

He failed two drugs tests. How can they not drop him?
Because he'll have served his ban.

I'm sure the news report was that the ban was for failing the first drugs test in the past, and this is a fresh drugs test he failed, which has just been made public, after it was leaked out.

No, the 21 day ban was for failing a second (non-performance enhancing) drugs test in his career.

England picked him in their squad knowing he'd failed that second test.

He then pulled out of the Notts' match for "personal reasons". The Guardian then found out that this was actually because he was serving a ban and broke the story. The ECB then panicked.

Ooo. What does that mean then? Change of diet?

It will mean a less fatty diet though, had mine out 9 years ago, love a Chinese or Indian but still pay for it afterwards, same with a greasy fry up - pick and choose your food carefully.

Recovery is longer than you'd think too, I was off work 6 weeks in the end - but that was largely down to working in a school. Good luck with it @Napster

Thanks. Different for some people I think my Dad had no issues one friend can’t eat lamb. I’ll see...

I think my missus has something similar. She can't eat any Indian or Chinese due to chronic attacks of pain due to the fat content. We just steer clear of them and she's (mostly) fine. I've not had a curry for years.
