I genuinely couldn't understand how they hadn't thought of it and took it personally.

Snap - sort of. Lots to do so am working from home in the hope of getting my head down and powering through loads of docs away from the distractions of the office.

But my little girl is unwell so am spending most of my time dishing out cuddles, holding hair back while she's ill, etc. etc.
