What did you do...

Took it all in my stride frankly as I could see it coming, I turned quietly to my mate next to me and gave him a knowing nod which he returned no fuss no over exhuberance.

That was in the nanosecond before we both went completely balastic and indulged in a very serious bout of man hugging followed by screaming shouting laughing and a somewhat unsavoury bout of kissing(cheeks only and no tongues).

I did something which I know I shouldn't have done, about which I'm not at all proud & will probably never live down. I will now have to spend many hours undergoing hospital treatment for both for the mental scarring & physical trauma and I'm not sure my life will ever be the same again. :scared:

I kissed Barry Harris! :'(

I was delirious but I have to admit I calmed down quickly as I knew there were still four added minutes to play and had an inkling Chelsea would still get one more chance to win it. So, I think I actually went even more mental when Mildy made THAT save because as I saw Di Santos rising unchallenged, my heart sank in the way it always does when I know we're just about to concede. I therefore rubbed my eyes in disbelief when the net didn't bulge and realised what had happened.

i danced a jig of joy round my living room whilst aliker said peter claaaaaaaarrrrrrkkkkkeeeeeee never give in always believe never give in always believe never give in always believe over and over not sure wether it was a fault with real player or just great commentary but feck it who cares.

One of those unforgettable life defining moments for us all.

Not many can have seen it coming. The lateness made it
all the more enjoyable.

Seeing Di Santos rising to head their final chance was
like super slow motion, it just had goal written all over it
and was waiting for the net to ripple. Astonished
when it didn't.... and then released a breath.

For me, a bit like Mildy scored the winning goal.

Roy of the Rovers stuff.

I have 2 big bruises on my leg which I can only have got from celebrating the goal, went absolutely bonkers nearly fell over on the stairs a few times because my head was spinning so much!!

i jumped up on some wall behing my row of seats while still jumping up and down then missed the wall on the way down and went over 3 rows of people then got up and started jumping again :)

couldn't celebrate as much as I wanted to because I was in the chelsea end, just hugged my friend then saw some other Southend fans celebrating and hugged them. Don't know if anyone saw some drunken idiot in the West Stand waving a Southend scarves at the Southend fans and punching the ir if you did it was me.

Sadly this idiot I was sitting next to at the game who told me to ##ck off to the Southend end when I shouted 'come on Southend' when we had a corner in the 1st half had gone otherwise i would have hugged him instead and no doubt had a fight with him(and won).

went mental....as did my wife standing next to me until I remembered that she is 7 months pregnant and I didn't fancy delivering a baby in the shed end......I think I might ban her from the reply.....

I was standing with Smiffy and Trueblue and Girthy - at the top row of the upper tier behind the Goal, by the time Clarke was celebrating in the Corner - managed to Hug them all, kiss Smiffy, make my way down the front - where i passed DtS and his dad, went a bit spastic with them - and finally ended up behind the goal upper tier in the stair well, where i took my life in my hands and perched myself on the boards at the front - where one little knock would have seen me land on a poor soul in the lower tier - I stood there for around 4 minutes, arms splayed wide, like a scene out of titanic - waiting for that final whistle, where i proceeded to go chicken oriental again!!

just went mad jumping around with my mate while he was shouting its 1-1 its 1-1 like i did not no then the man in front turned around and we just started goin mental did not even no him he grabbed me going yes son yes! was ****ing briliant!

Best moment ever, just jumped up and down screaming..........until I thought they'd scored their second........then started all over again!! My voice broke and isnt right yet. Mind you at least half a dozen 'fans' walked down the steps past us on about 88 mins.........I wonder if they admitted they missed 'the goal'!!!

Generally went mental jumping on my chair, nicked my mates hat and was just about to throw it into the crowd but sense prevailer. Like someone else said I calmed down quite quickly worrying about a Chelsea winner...

Went (even more, apparently) bonkers. And spent the next two hours singing Southend songs at the top of my voice. To a point where I was expecting the rozzers to knock on the door.

Went mental and hugged everyone around me. Didn't know any of them :D

Somehow I managed to phone my Stockport County mate so he could enjoy the moment.

He says I was screaming "**** off Chelsea" quite a bit and sounded like a girl.

But he is northern, so I win.
