My Mum was a big fan of Engelbert's, but it took this carping great record for me to be truly won over.

Is this the same Paul Young who did 'Toast' with The Street Band back in '78?

No Rob. This was the Paul Young of Sad Café and Mike and the Mechanics fame. Died in 2000 from a heart attack. The other Paul Young also features in my collections and is still touring. I liked the guy from The Street Band and the Q-Tips onwards. His Band's last album released last year was called A Fist Full of Statins - Ain't aging wonderful?

Thanks, Rhb. Well, it can be better than the alternative.

If you have Spotify, then the 'Discover Weekly' is really good. Just save the playlist and then every monday they re-fill it with 30 tracks 'chosen just for you'

Works really well, and is a great way of finding new stuff.

Following up the Paul Young chat earlier, I fished out a PY album with the famous Toast track. It made me hungry for toast.

Joe Louis Walker.Hornet's Nest.

It's the Blues man! Going to see him live (again) on Saturday.Always thought he was a much better guitar player than Robert Cray.

It may be the street band doing toast but the picture looks like the E Street Band to me

And you sir win the coconut. The other YouTube clips showed the Street Band on TV but not the recorded version. I didn't know who it was in the picture but I was pretty sure it wasn't the Street Band. So I posted it up anyway to see if anyone else noticed.................

Bob Seger and The Silver Bullet Band - Hollywood Nights. Mrs RHB at Yoga, ramp up the amps, maybe a bit of air guitar and scare the cat. Woo hoo
