Yes not bad at all, but if you have most of the originals (as I do) - what is the point :nope:

I also have most of the originals.

The same could also be said for his tribute CD to Muddy Waters.

The point is surely that Paul Rodgers has a pretty good voice and is also obviously genuine in his appreciation of the music.
 
Just discovered Raymond Scott and ordered his electronic stuff from the 50's and 60's when he was hanging out with Bob Moog. Lots of backstory and bit of a character. Is he a known quantity to anyone? In the 30's he was famous it seems but I've not been aware of him till today.

Yes that is all true but I can see no point in buying Paul`s album

Quite like this, though a lot of it sounds like Blues lite (including a Jagger/Richards cover).

The Ragged Jubilee - came across a recommendation whilst looking for another song on YouTube. Fairly solid Americana/Alt Country that sometimes goes a bit too RAWK and shouty for my liking. The quiter tunes are fairly decent.
