Can't open as I'm at work - is this another celebrity sex tape?

Hardly, it's the cover of an old (1988) album, which Lucinda Williams has just re-released on her own new label.I've got it on order, so will return to it next week, I imagine.

Btw,the track is Wolf's, I asked for water (but he gave me gasoline).

(Ps She is seriously good looking though, as I can attest from seeing her live twice).

Loving Amanda Shires at moment, got tickets to see her in some pub in May.

A track off Lucinda Williams third album-just re-issued after 25 years.Originally on the Smith's Rough Trade label, now on her own Lucinda Williams label.Disc 2 is all live.

This is the album where she first created her unique country sound.

Woah, it was The Band of Holy Joy's Rough Trade Records. The Smiths were some jumped up skiffle act there to make up the numbers.

Sorry, (I know you're in the biz).I just meant The Smiths were on the label, not that they owned it.

(Incidentally, Lucinda Williams first two records were on the Folkways label, which is why the third album was such a change in direction for her).

Amazed and pleased at how good the new David Crosby record is. I know it's anachronistic, MOR and uncool, but I'm just a complete sucker for what he does...
