The Magistrates - Heartbreak
At first I thought it was OK but now I love it, brilliant track.
Quite sad lyrics but quite a happy tune.
Very catchy.
The Magistrates are also from South Woodham Ferrers so there is the local connection!

Moonlight Shadow - Mike Oldfield.

Reminds me of The Fast Show, Dave Angel Eco Warror :D

yeah I'm gutted about that, sad news, it's indeed the only decent music magazine.

Whats the new album by the Grizz like?

Well I haven't heard the previous ones so can't compare but I'm loving it. Reviews got it spot on when they said it's a mix of Fleet Foxes & Animal Collective. Very good.

Yep, another mag bites the dust. Half the albums I've bought over the last 5 years have been on reccomendations from Plan B, not entirely sure how I'm going to find these albums now. Incidentally though just found alot of their writers are on twitter so I'm now following them, look up Plan B and see who they're following and you'll find them.

Koko Taylor's "What it takes"(The Chess years).Just heard that she's died age 80.A truely great Blues singer.I was lucky enough to see her perform here a few years back.
RIP Koko.
