Love a bit of bubble, had it for Boxing Day breakfast and the next day with some bacon as well. My bubble had all the left over veg in - brussels, broccoli, carrots and butternut squash, delicious!

It goes lovely and sweet and squishy when you roast it so it went perfectly in the bubble! It also makes great soup!
