No, only played Golf once, best balls i hit was when i trod on a rake!. I was there because my father in law ( 97 ) passed away recently, & he was a member there for over 50 years!.
His name is on the cup & competition plaques on the walls a few times between 62-84. He went 4 years unbeaten between 62-66!.
The club secretary allowed us to celebrate his life there, so we had the carvery!. My late wife & me went there with both mother & father in law for NYE back in 80 & 81, incredible nights!. Many local business owners & characters ( and many pretty good Golfers )used to frequent it back then, but it was a different time in those day's, filled with laughter & fantastic Golfing stories ( & Champagne! ).

Double cheeseburger from ‘Five Guys’, at the Premium shopping outlet in Orlando.
Possibly the best cheeseburger I’ve ever eaten, absolutely delicious.

Perfectly cooked baked potato. Crispy skin and creamy middle.

Chilli and cheese is my absolute favourite, followed by tuna mayo, mixed with red onions, celery and red peppers all cut up quite small for some added texture. Not sweetcorn though.
