What are you having for lunch? (rolling thread)

People keep taking about sandwiches and other lunches. Either the thread title needs changes or this should only be about rolls?

As Toby Carvery sent me another voucher for 25% off a main meal, for the price of £7.12p I went back again today!.
Roast pork and beef, roast spuds and others cooked in beef dripping, mash potato, swede, peas, cauliflower, cabbage and carrots were all somehow crammed onto my plate!.
The result was a stomach busting feast, which will keep me going until tomorrow!.

Are you a regular at Rayleigh Market - interested to know how you rate the fresh fish stall (as you are the SZ expert) ?
I usually only go there to visit the fish van from Lowestoft. He has a great selection, and today I brought some massive smoked kippers and 3 large slabs of smoked salmon. You can freeze both, but the salmon will stay OK in the fridge for a week before freezing if required.
I'm having one of the large kippers tomorrow, and a portion of the salmon on Fri!.
