OK, I'll try that. You get a notice confirming the wait time. Then the page will refresh and you will be into the ticket section where you can login / reset your password etc

Just imagine queueing for hours and get to the door at 6.59 and someone bolts the door "We are shut".Ticket office closes at 7pm tonight
I wonder if the queues at Roots Hall have gone down now ?
I had the same but managed to change and get in. Please don't stress (i did and then couldn't think straight) have you tried the app?In an absolute mess and stress. Created a new account, not realising that I already had one. Now neither the old nor the new password works. Did a 'forgotten my password and having tried It a number of times I never receive a mail of notification. Anyone any ideas, PLEASE!
I appreciate this but there is no option to buy for ambulant disabled supporters. The information is not clear at all, the club did post the blocks for wheelchair users around 4pm. 4 hours after the sale started I wonder why the specific blocks were not mentioned in the ticket news. Ambulant supporters have been left out completely. Out of fear of missing out again i've paid for me and my carer. Thanks for your help just discouraging when its harder to buy than normal tickets. Not sure if this helps you? Hope you get it sorted.View attachment 36886
I have heard that the team that finished the higher gets first choice so as Oldham play on blue i would suspect it will be red for usI'm hoping we are..![]()
Just a tip from today. Don't wait until midday to login. The online queue today started at about 11:15 from then it no longer went into the ticket site but it stays queuing for you. I them managed to get in the ticket site pretty much straight away at just gone midday. This kind of thing happening is exactly why I buy a ST to be honest. Plus guaranteeing my seat at RH, which I like. For the record my other 3 tickets went to Southend fans who go to games not ‘day trippers’ same with a lot of others. I also missed out on FGR as I couldn’t make Rochdale. It’s ****, but it’s hopefully going to get sorted. You’ll be alright tomorrow if you log in at noon I reckon.
We did same I have emailed tom lawrence to see if he can get me a refundI appreciate this but there is no option to buy for ambulant disabled supporters. Confirmed in this thread that the National League have been aware of the capacity cap for months. If anyone had any doubts about who is to blame, this proves the blame lies solely with the National League and the incompetent ****s that run it.
This is a good point. I was queuing before 12, maybe from 11.20 ish?! And got in around 12:05 and was seeing others saying they were still in the queue. So yes good adviceJust a tip from today. Don't wait until midday to login. The online queue today started at about 11:15 from then it no longer went into the ticket site but it stays queuing for you. I logged in another device about 11:40 And that device did not let me login to the ticket site until about 12:20pm.
So the earlier you join the queue the quicker you get in! Simple stuff.
There is of course the risk the queue could start earlier than today. So I would keep trying at first it might let you into the ticket site before midday, which of course is useless as no tickets on sale. But as I say about 11:15 it stopped letting you into the ticket site and queued from then until midday.
The wait time displayed was initially 4 hours! But quickly dropped so don't be put off by that.
Good luck everyone, there are plenty of tickets left by the looks of it. Just don't delay.
I didWhy should they? You chose to book a parking space before you secured a ticket. I didn't buy my parking until I knew that I had secured tickets.
Yeah can completely understand your frustrations, as others have pointed out email TL or try the clubs ticket office tickets@southend-united.co.uk. They have been better at responding since the take over. Hope you get it all sorted out.I appreciate this but there is no option to buy for ambulant disabled supporters. Arrogance of the highest order assuming it would be York/FGR in the final or certainly one of the two.Confirmed in this thread that the National League have been aware of the capacity cap for months.
