Wembley tickets

Our club have found themselves in a very difficult logistical problem with distributing play off tickets due to failure of the NL and others in allowing such a small number of tickets to both participating clubs. They have known for months that Wembley Station would be closed.and failed to address the problem.
Southend have always said that Season Ticket holders would have priority.
As I have said before I think its unlikely that all ST will take up there full entitlement therefore those supporters who need a ticket should get one.
Please direct your frustrations to the NL who are responsible for this mess and not our club

Because they paid 400 pound for the privilege mate? Unfortunately that's the way it works. Same at Oldham. Same everywhere. Season ticket holders get first dibs
I had a season ticket for 13 years before I went to University and went to home & away games this year while not being able to afford it. How come season ticket holders didn’t get first dibs to FGR away above non season ticket holders who went away to Rochdale if thats “how it is”?

The point is irrelevant, it isn’t about ST holders. They shouldn’t be able to buy 4 tickets for non ST holders while the allocation was that small. If its increased fill your boots but do it in general sale like everyone else.

You expect people to pay £400 on the off chance we might make the play offs, on the off chance we’ll get a poor allocation on top of following away from home? Isn’t feasible for everyone. The high horse from some people is ridiculous that they can’t understand this POV.

This kind of thing happening is exactly why I buy a ST to be honest. Plus guaranteeing my seat at RH, which I like. For the record my other 3 tickets went to Southend fans who go to games not ‘day trippers’ same with a lot of others. I also missed out on FGR as I couldn’t make Rochdale. It’s ****, but it’s hopefully going to get sorted. You’ll be alright tomorrow if you log in at noon I reckon.

The initial allocation is enough for every season card holder to purchase 4 tickets with plenty leftover. Not all season card holders have/will purchase 4 tickets. There will be tickets available tomorrow. We might even get an increased allocation if discussions between relevant parties go well.

Cut out the abuse of fellow fans or bans will follow. The end.
Let’s hope another 10,000 would love to see 27,000 blues fans

Yes mate im sure many ST holders on here will do the right thing and give them to people who deserve them. But my point is there will be many who are not and do give them to day trippers.

No I paid 400 pound because I have for the last 20+ years (or whatever it costs) because I support the club and want to go to all the games.. you had that benefit as a season ticket holders at the last play off final. Unfortunately that's the way it works. Loyalty is rewarded

In an absolute mess and stress. Created a new account, not realising that I already had one. Now neither the old nor the new password works. Did a 'forgotten my password and having tried It a number of times I never receive a mail of notification. Anyone any ideas, PLEASE!

What do you want the solution to be from all of your posts?

Do you want the club to take 2 tickets back from everyone that’s already bought tickets?

Are you logging into the ticket site or the main site. Confusing but there are 2 logins. God knows why.

Just make sure when your on the main page you click on tickets and then login. Don't click top right

Try clicking Tickets first, then log in. I had the same issue when I was checking my account because I clicked login on the main site first.

There's the strange thing Although I get address mail or password wrong, when I go to tickets I get a notice telling me the waiting time. Don't understand anything. Thinking of creating a new account in the name of my daughter and using that for trying to purchase tickets tomorrow.

You get a notice confirming the wait time. Then the page will refresh and you will be into the ticket section where you can login / reset your password etc
