Not sure how any one can separate the teams in all honesty.

If I had to choose a favourite, I'd marginally go for Wycombe given how many goals they score. In one of 'cup' games it is often who can out score the other. If Wycombe get 1, we need 2. Likely? Not so sure.

Anyway, it is going to be memorable either way!

Not sure, he and Tilly are great friends so can't imagine he'd have turned us down without good reason. Of course, there were a few of them around that time!!! :winking:

I always found it odd he turned us down with his roots being around Essex. Shame he is a decent goal scorer but hopefully not on Saturday.

I have been saying the same all week...Wycombe score goals. We kept 23 clean sheets I think....Wycombe scored 6 against us.

Possible line up 4 5 1
Bentley
white bolger barrett Coker
Worrall Leonard Timlin Atkinson
Payne
Corr

4 4 2 (my preference)
Bentley

Just to split hairs, the first one isnt 451, its 4411/442.

I think 451 will be an option but it would be :
Bentley
white bolger barrett Coker
Leonard Timlin Atkinson
Worrall Mclaughlin
Corr

Even so I dont think he will go with it as it will mean Corr having to do all of the leading the line work.

I would go with the second, with Payne/Weston/Mclaughlin all able to be used later on.

Strongest options we have had from the bench in a long long time.

Yeah 4 4 1 1 really. Agree fully must go 4 4 2. The bench we have is excellent.

Corr Piggott

Atkinson Timlin Leonard Worrall

Coker Barrett Bolger White

Bentley

Cassidy, McLaughlin, Weston and Payne all ready to come off the bench. Weston was devastating against tired legs and McLaughlin used the space well later in the game to show his quality.

Is it just me or has anyone else got 'rocking all over the world' going round and round their head from the Lincoln final! For the last two days it's all I can hear

Phil Brown was on Sky Sports yesterday and talking of some players cope with the pressure of big finals better than others. He went on to say that he can rely on eight or nine players in his squad that he feels will cope comfortably. He said that this would have a bearing on what his selection will be on Saturday. Maybe not an unchanged starting line up after all?

Mind games....

True for league games as well, and even friendlies...

I am now convinced that there are at least twelve days in this week, each consisting of 30 hours. It is probably the longest week of my life:unsure: Hurry up will you.
