Is there a trick to stop the spinning white wheel?

It keeps hanging. I've done a speed test and there's nothing wrong with the connection.

I raised the problem I was having with Rhys last week and waiting for a response.Personally the service is not fit for purpose.It would be a great idea if there is a United front which I am sure the trust can do

I switched from laptop to tablet and so far all ok

Try clearing your caches and deleting cookies. Might be worth trying a different browser as well.

It might work but the spinning circle is presumably some sort of roulette wheel which represents the gamble when you pay your £10 whether iFollow will work or not.

Mine stops after about 10-15 seconds. Refresh the page and it goes again for 10-15.

Tried Chrome & Firefox both the same. Rebooted, cleared cache, etc, no joy

If your on laptop try clicking where it says live on the bottom left, it forces it to catch up if you get stuck buffering

I had that earlier today. Tried refreshing & reloading several times but same issue.

Tried again this evening using my tablet and it worked.

Nope, once it stops, nothing works. Can't go back 10, can't pause/restart, 'LIVE' button doesn't work.
