I've emailed SUFC about these problems, too, pointing out that its in their own self-interest to put pressure on the EFL to sort this out. Because will stop paying money for a service that can't be relied on to work.

Those of you getting bouncing ball issue, was trying to do it on tablet and phone but kept getting the bouncing ball. Worked fine on the laptop so entered the code there and now watching on the efl app
