Breaking News WAKEY WAKEY!!! Harding and Martin

Harding was highly rated at Brighton, albeit with one or two questions about his attitude - there was a feeling that he was just going through the motions at times waiting for a bigger club to come in for him. If he's grown up a little he could be a useful signing.

Well he's got what he wanted in the end then. The giants of South-East Essex are what he was really holding out for all the time :)

tbf, I think that Granty is just a better version of Hunty

i hope so... he was highly regarded for a time at Chelski so I assume his is excellent technically and confident on the ball. Hunt was a very decent utility player, a jack of all trades but a master of none... whilst Grant has time on his side to really develop into a natural position

whatever is said about simon.. that early cross that he can put in (like walker's one at doncaster) is a different class!

yeah he is an excellent crosser of the ball... perhaps he is worth a try for corners, he hasn't ever seemed to make much of an impact attacking corners even though he's our tallest player... probably due to being marked by the opponents tallest defender, i remember Mulgrew and Francis being marked by Dennis Lawrence and Alan Tate when we played Swansea! maybe that's why clarke and barrett often get their heads to the ball because they're are marked by less dominant players

Never seems to get a look in though at corners, always aimed for Barrett or Clarke. Definitely worth a consideration for the right footed corner.
