I don't get to see many matches, and as such probably have no right to chuck in my five eggs, but I follow all the matches on the BBC printer and read all the reports and it seems to me that what is needed to win is a team. We have scored goals and been looking to get points, only to let the opposing team beat us in the last ten minutes.
If we can get the players we have got to play together and become a regular unit (too many temporary loans for the last two seasons) we stand as good a chance as anyone in the league. If after a couple of months there are glaring omissions, that will be the time to plug the gaps.
