Exactly! for an oldy like me I find these positional classifications very complicated.

Roman Michael-Percil

Lively winger who caught the eye in the 2012-13 campaign.

So...............is he a defender? is he a winger? is he a defender that likes going forward? No doubt we shall perhaps find out this afternoon........unless of course, PB plays him out of position.

When you 'read more,' it gives his position as defender!:dim:

Some reports say he's a right back who can also play right midfield.

Anyone know why Corr & Timlin weren't in the squad today?

Brown confirmed Barry Corr, Michael Timlin and Paul Smith were rested after a tough week in Spain, but will feature in the two upcoming friendlies next week.
There again, I prefer NZamba's reasons..........they're probably nearer the truth. :winking:

How do we feel about Gavin Hoyte (not seen him but doesn't he always give us problems?). Note he doesn't score many either?

Don't want to be negative but am I the only one that is a little underwhelmed............an average League Two player? Perhaps someone who has seen him on a few occasions could put me right???

Sadly, perhaps we are viewed as an average League Two side?

An average Division 4 player? Sounds just like Coker, Hurst and Leonard so perhaps Hoy-tee will feel at home and fit right in.

Then Brown and Penney will sprinkle some magic managerial dust and we will be posting about scouts coming down to watch our best players and disrupting the team spirit.

Note: Site police please delete this optimistic post.
