Would love to see McGurk in a Southend shirt. Real handful of a player and looked like what we were lacking last season, an instinctive forward with some pace.

I think now that I'm nearly 30 when I'm in topman looking at their stuff I'm like:

Can't remember.........and it's too painful to go back and look.........whether McGurk was that good. Yes, he did score but IIRC the REAL game changer was when they introduced Key. Can someone enlighten me?

Yeah I thought McGurk finished well in both legs but the chances only came from fortunate bounces in the box. He was in the right place to finish but he didn't create the chances for himself.

Key was sharp in both games. I'm not sure that Coker would like to see Key sign though after he tried to break his legs in the October away game.

Upsetting Timlin is what attracted us to Worrall!

That might be different though as Coker is a Brown signing and not someone who is subbed at the drop of a hat.
