Then we get an emergency loan keeper in. I think the point is that Smith is probably one of our higher earners and Ted Smith could sit in his space on the bench so his wages could be better spent elsewhere

That's what we did when we had Evans and Morris. We got rid of Evans because there is no point us having two keepers like that on our books. With Bentley now an established no.1 and proved he can cut it at League Two level Smith is surplus to requirement and no doubt he is on a decent wage. If Bentley got injured just get a loan keeper like we always do (Federici, Daniels).

Hearing Ipswich where looking at Coker throughout Nov & December , I personally didn;t go to any games sohas he played well in the past 2 months to suggest they would come in for him ?

IMO best player on the pitch, but that's cos I love the boy, I think hes done a superb job this season and wouldn't surprise me at all if bigger clubs come knocking

Phil Brown revealed in his interview earlier that he wants to extend the loan of Adam Thompson

I'd rather we didn't and looked at other players personally maybe someone more permanent.

Coker has been good this season I don't think he is good enough to join a championship team who are pushing to get in the premiership though. Wouldn't be the first time Ipswich looked at our LB.

but it would be the first time they've looked at our Left Back :raspberry:

1) Need raw pace up front, someone like Brit or Wayne Gray who both chased the lost cause too., someone who the opposing defense are frightened of!

2) A big imposing Centre Half, someone who the opposition attack is frightened of!

3) An out and out (consistent) left winger someone who the oppositions manager is frightened of!

he was a top player and a good allround person freekicks corners allways a threat and a rock at the back

Spot on with all three. Personally dont rate Thompson at all.
