Has LS been put off posting again due to people Discussing about Cashman or just leaks from agents been semi-plugged?

Probably the fact that there isn’t anything close. LS usually gives us hints towards the end of the process. Seems very quiet for us though this summer which is frustrating.

I noticed a few clubs have starters returning to training - Barnet being one today looking at social media.

First pre season game is less than 3 weeks away now so hopefully will hear some new rumours about incoming pretty soon if we are seriously planning to get more in PRE season this time round and there is also that away tour to consider big new bondings

We should be atleast aiming for 1 new signing before pre season starts then add the 2/3 leading upto the start of the season. Let's hope we have squad of 22/23 before the season starts.

I think you may be right, the level of players we should be looking at may also consider they have a chance to play in the EFL (like Cashman) so we may need to be patient as their agents tout them around before agreeing a move to the National League.

Added to that the plugging of leaks within the club mean we don’t hear as many rumours as we used to.

If we're picking someone up who's contract has expired this year at their club - would we need to wait until post 30th June to announce?

I'm comforting myself that 1st July we'll roll out all our signings, such as Dion Pereira, once their contracts actually expire.....is this a thing?

You can announce it whenever you want. They won’t officially start with us until the 1st July however.

It’s normally only London Shrimper that puts rumours out, or at least names then. CP will tweet when a deal is pretty much done. Just look at for Spasov.

I thought the winter window signings (yes i know there wasnt a window for us per se) were superb. And what a transformation, well worth waiting for. Kev doesnt play the numbers game, he likes what he sees first. Not get a load of loanees and start playing the best ones either.

We need to stop wanting to throw youngsters in as soon as they score goals at youth level. So many attackers we have thrown in too early whether that’s choice or we had to. Jason Williams , Wabo, Acquah, Rush. Sandat to name some. Few loans let them get men football experience

Tamworth have announced the signing of Tyler Roberts from AFC Fylde,

Whilst Brackley have announced Jack Price. Interesting one this as he started his career at Wolves (97 appearances) where he spent 7 years, with a couple of loans to Yeovil and Orient. Then moved to Colorado Rapids for 5 years making 163 appearances. Last season, in March, moved back to Shrewsbury making just 4 appearances, Now 32 and has been susceptible to injuries in the past..
