A Bit of Fun Transfer Rumours Thread (Potential New Signings)

His record against men’s teams - in friendlies, out on loan, coming on to score the winner against Orient - is also decent though.
I sort of get why Molesley didn’t play him (didn’t suit Molesley’s system) - although for my money better than Goodship, Halford etc but the player he most resembles is a younger, more clinical and falling over less Murphy. He should be getting chances coming off the bench to replace Murphy and be paired with Dalby - particularly when Murphy was misfiring at the start of the season.
Did I just see someone say more clinal than Murphy ? you see it all here don’t you

Coulthurst is scraping the bottom of the barrel. Tilly is doing well at Heybridge Swifts and would surely sign some eager younger non league players if he were here.

We really are dining at the bottom table.

Why can’t we find local talent wanting to pull on our shirt? Tilly said as much in the Zoom with Stan. Players that he said would love to ply their trade for our club, rather than players who have no desire to play for us.
I understand our reputation is completely on the floor. Somebody mentioned something in this regard recently but can't find the quote now. Everyone we are being linked to at the moment or training with us (except for the unnamed league 1 striker) have played for us previously.

Until we sign another player who hasn't played for us previously you have to think we are under some sort of embargo or ruling where we can only sign players that we have had registered before.
