That interview mentioned by BW - JS said that incoming players need to be done carefully so as to not upset current team spirit etc - suggested 4 or 5 between now and end of season - rather than all at once

Whilst correct, equally our situation has worsened since then. We had two subs that day

If the game was tonight, we wouldn’t have had 11 fit players. We might have 11 on the pitch, but only a handful aren’t carrying knocks.

Yes, I’ve just watched it back actually and yes he said around 3 to start with and another 2 or 3 through the remainder of the season

He said that in the build up before the Chesterfield game, so Kanu had gone, but way before Mooney left IIRC.

Yeah till end of Jan I think. Got taken off in the FA Cup. Maidstone dwelling friend says he was the only thing keeping them going. Thinks they’ll sink down the table now he’s gone.
