Don't get me started on Flavs. He is without doubt the most dedicated, consistent proffesional in the team, shame Mr.Eastwood isn't so keen. If someone deserves a higher level of football then it is Flavs, someone as technically as good you will not find, even in the Prem. Await the 'but he is not good on crosses' crap, have you seen most of the jokers now masquerading as keepers currently in the division above, i firmly believe that he would be a bigger success than Eastwood!
If Flavs was three inches taller, I feel he would be looked at by the Premiership teams, but at 5'10" I don't think anyone would take a gamble on him.

Paddy Kenny for one.

Bradders and Prince Harry would not score in a month of Sunday's, Freddy and Hoops do score so why the negative team selection yet again. We actually knocked it about quiet well until it got to the powder puff boys, Bradbury although not a goalscorer has his uses, however Harrold is literally no better than Danny Webb and we all know what a star he was!
Pray , oh wise one Wiggy , do tell us all how many League goals has Hooper scored in the Championship.

Glad you're happy with the point, god some people are so easily pleased!
Where in the hell did I say I was happy with a point today? Assumption is the mother of all fuk ups Wiggy, get my meaning?

I was just pointing out that with JCR & Clarkey now thankfully starting to produce the goods you seem to have got your claws into another couple of players. Four down, seven to go. Keep going, come the end of the season there won't be a player left that hasn't tasted your venom.
The post was highlighting the negativety of our manager by playing two inadequate so called strikers whilst 2 proven ones were for some unknown reason sitting on the bench.
Proven , Hooper ? Wiggy you are truly deluded young / old man/woman and it is this type of ill informed comment that opens the doors to your distractors who claim you know not of what you are talking.

Wiggy, your digging yourself a very big hole which you most probably can't get out of. If i was you i would stop slagging everyone off and start believeing in your team.

2 proven ? Hmmn, somehow non-league Hooper is hardly a proven scorer.

Completely over the top again Wiggy, cant believe you bother going to football with such a negative outlook on everything.

We are scrapping for points now, we dont choose whether to win or draw, we get what we can.

I personally would like to see Hooper given a chance, but he is hardly proven and Freddys form has hardly been sparkling plus he is coming back from injury.

Hooper got a couple against Leeds, Bradbury and Harrold wouldn't score in a brothel!

Played a lot more minutes as well!

Wiggy, How does your reasoning in your first post work? You say Tilson was at fault for being negative with his tactics by playing Bradbury and Harold, now as far as ability i agree with you they are not good enough but IF Tilly was being negative then surely he would have gone with only 1 up front and played 5-4-1 or the like?

Also, Hooper certainly isn't proven although I would like to see him given a go to try and prove himself. You need to lighten up and show some support rather than the usual negative posts, so I think it's you being negative, not Tilly!

The corner they scored from, I couldn't be certain. After that, I looked specifically at Flavs to see if there was a shout.
There was definitely no shout from Flahavan to Hammell for the unnecessary corner that lead to Coventry's goal.

Yes he has played a more, although Hooper has made 20 appearances now according to soccerbase (mostly sub appearances)

Point I made was Hooper isnt proven, yet you stated he has scored 2 goals, both of which against a managerless and awful Leeds side.

Personally if Freddy doesnt play Id want Bradbury and Hooper as I think Hooper does look more threatening when he comes on as a sub, however he is still far from being a proven goal scorer and I wonder if he can play 90 minutes.

Harrold has played 1,042 minutes of football for Southend United and scored three times - that's a rate of one goal every 3.86 games.

Hooper has played 628 minutes of football and scored twice - that's 3.49 games per goal.

So, they are "almost" equal, no?

Whats happened to paynter? I thought he was due back soon. Not a big fan but i am willing to give him the chance to impress me.

Paynter is fit now isnt he ?

Not sure where Id place him in the pecking order though, not sure Im fussed about him getting back in, although we are playing better as a team now and maybe he would do better than earlier in the year.

I still think Paynter could do really well for us. He's not a Freddy Eastwood, or a Shaun Goater, but I think play him in his proper position, just behind the front man, and he could be very good.

I'm glad you feel Tilly/Brush have made such quality signings this season.
But at the beginning of the season you said you were impressed with people like Francis, as has been quoted back to (and conveniently ignored by) you.

You could have said that Ricketts was the man who was going to fire us to promotion.
