Just goes to show how pessimistic I am about loan targets these days. If Hartlepool can attract players like KP (& earlier in the season a "name" like Kevin Kyle - not that I would want him at Roots Hall) why the hell are we not? Either we're back to the dire financial gloom or Tilly, Brush & Ron have got a transfer of real interest up their sleeves...

Isn't Kuqi out of favour because his refusing to sign a new deal at Palace on a smaller wage? I heard the over day his on £12K a week at Palace, thats mental.
 
ade akinbiyi! he is out of favour at burnley we wanted him 2 years ago, and apparently he is in talks with gillingham.

I thought Hayter was a good shout too as he wasn't on the bench v Derby on Friday, however Donny have just let another striker, Gareth Taylor, go on loan to Carlisle for a month, Lewis Guy is already on loan at Hartlepool, would they really let Hayter go as well? A bit risky!

as for Eastwood, i wont say his never coming back as it is football but its very unliky,
 
Keogh, is actually well liked at wolves. He has an ok scoring record and has played regularly since his transfer there. He will not be the one. We all know it will be some unknown 20 year old anyway....no one of any note.
