Ticket office queue

Anyone got a terrace ticket this afternoon and if so what number have you on the ticket?
It will be interesting to see if our final terrace allocation was 1,200 or 1,400.

With all this whingeing about the ticket office and how bad they are, If we do make it to the final and the ticketing is outsourced I wonder how many are going to have a moan about the £4 or £5 booking fee that the third party will inevitably pile on to cover their costs. I also wonder if the Royal mail in the area will be ready for potentially 15/20,000 extra pieces of post that are going to be generated ???

More than happy to pay a few quid for booking, paid that on hold for 2 hours last time.

You're kidding, right? A whinge is an unfair, whining complaint. Not for the first time the system has been found wanting, and paying a booking fee is fine with me.

My mate qued up for my ticket on Monday for 2 hours. My son couldn't make up his mind so I told him not to bother . He is now thinking of going so I just phoned through and .............................

Phone picked up after two rings, entire phone call took 2 mins 28 seconds from start to finish . So following an earlier
post, now is the time to call

ps- seperately £5.00 for juniors can't complain at that

Home or away tickets?
Were away tickets being posted? I thought away tickets ordered by phone were for collection at Burton only.

If it's home tickets, I ordered mine over the phone on Tuesday and they were delivered Wednesday

Were away tickets being posted? I thought away tickets ordered by phone were for collection at Burton only.

Both they said they were sent recorded delievery ,but then said they wasnt sure did u have to sign for them .panic has now set in as it looks like all the tickets for burton will go ! I think a quick visit to roots hall after the postman

Phoned and bought tickets yesterday for home and away, they came today, and had to be signed for.

It's a mile walk from the station, should take 20 minutes.

Cool, I went last season but can't remember the train to ground bit and the football grounds site says a mile and a half. If the local cabies realise there is one train from London for the game they can hire a bus and make a killing.

Ryan Murrant has just tweeted to say that there are 200 tickets left and it's pretty quiet at the moment. So now is an excellent time!

Think 12pm might be a good time to send the missus down there if so....

Not open Sunday but you could still send "the missus" but only after she has cut the grass, washed the car, done ironing, and prepared Sir's roast.

No one in there about a half a hour ago, went down and sorted replacement tickets for sunday as never arrived in the post.

Apologies if already covered ( and I know this is not exactly the correct thread ) , but my son wants tickets in TBV section for the home game. Are the club selling BLOCK X for this purpose ?
