Oh my - things just get better and better don't they NOT!
When is this all going to end?

Please explain.

if the club goes into administration the fans can buy it

if the fans protest the club becomes unmanageable - the owner becomes a pariah - the value of the club deteriates

there is no club without the fans ...

you can change the chairman ... you can change ownership .. you can change managers

the value of the club is in the brand - in the support - in the fans ... in the name - in the reputation .. in the history ..

we just need an active and united fans organisation to take control ..

we have nothing to lose ..

other clubs have done this AND when a good new owner comes along the fans can sell the club to them..

I guarantee the biggest nightmare RM has is the fans getting organised ...
,

I don't buy the fact that we as fans have to stand by and watch our club go out of existence, Ron has a reason for holding onto the club but we can make things uncomfortable for him, we have a televised game coming up. We need to get as much press attention onto this as possible, we can either go the way of Bolton or Bury.

At least putting a spotlight onto the club might spark the interest of someone who wants to buy the club, hell it might even make homes England a bit uncomfortable and as we all know a squirming politician will find a way to save their neck as often as they can

Ron's the major creditor - he'll control the administration process. It's not as simple as go into administration, fans buy club.

The club, brand etc already has practically zero value

But will prevent them actually playing ..my love of sufc is so nearly gone
I ****in hate Ron Martin, no doubt a great husband , father , a great guy to be around ..but on a business level has driven our club ..yes our club into the ground
Nah he is obnoxious to be around socially as well

Is a protest gonna raise 200k?

As tough as it is more then ever we need to get behind the team, or we will be part time next season. I dont see how a protest will help anything tbh.

(And no im not pro ron)
The way Southend are playing at the moment they may just as well be part time

the administrators will love a fans led organisation offering them a few quid for busted football club ...

HEY....a question to all the "In Ron we trust" brigade....

you've all gone very quiet today ! ....Still in denial.... or is reality starting to dawn at last?

Go on - I'll bite. Although I'm not sure I'm in the brigade,

I don't see what has changed, We're still owned by an asset rich, cash poor chap. But his fortune is tied into keeping the club afloat until the new stadium is underway - as that is when he gets his pot of gold in the housing development.

Even the wording of the announcement is such that supporters are supposed to be fobbed off into believing being under an embargo makes no difference to the squad we can have - don't they even realise that we aren't stupid, have been here before, and know full well that it means we can't register players.

Yeah - you're missing the bit where Ron is the major creditor. Think of the companies that have gone 'bust' and then are bought back by the same owners. Although in this case it'd make no sense for Ron to put the club into administration as it 'll cause his other companies to fail.

We the fans are a credit to this football club, fantastic home gates for bottom end NL, massive following away!! Fans on the Zoom calls (Paul in particular) want to help.

We have a new ground project that has been running for year's (decades) and in it's final stages!!!!!!!

The club is lucky to have Tom, Stan cares and obviously has something to offer

I like the the playing management trio (who I feel for), we have a productive youth system

We're a City now, two mainline rail routes into the Capital and hopefully the airport will recover post covid

A large catchment area for lower league football and for future growth.... Check out the 30k + crowd at Wembley v Crewe

Surely Ron can sell some of the above and someone would be interested if they past DD!!!!!

The Bromley match must be used as a platform to protest against Ron, a national TV audience will bring more eyes to the situation and may even convince someone to make him an offer

BT Sport will pull the game, the same as they did with the chesterfield game. They do not like to be associated with controversy. Football is trying to to be portrayed now as a family friendly entertainment stream. If this scenario creaks and groans on through the next week or so, watch out for a Boxing Day game switch.

Only one person and one person only to blame for the predicament we are now in, Ron Martin.

Saw a get Rich project and that is his only end game and it doesn't matter who the lying c**t drags down with him or plays along the way, or how well known their name is in the football industry. Just ask Chris Powell, Mark Moseley, Sol Campbell and even Phil Brown.

God knows where this will end or how long it drags on for. The Trust could do worse than start talking to Orient, Blackpool and Coventry fans organisations, PDQ, as we could need a plan B before the season is out. Even Boris had one of them today!!
