The MK Dons game

Because it's my opinion and this forum is all about expressing opinions. At least that's what we intended when Scriv and I set it up a few years ago. If that's changed then please let me know ...

I acknowledge you may be smarter and more articulate than me, and maybe I can't get my opinion across as intended and you'll pick apart and dissect all I say. I'm not saying you can't express an opinion, I just don't see how it'd benefit Southend which is what I thought any fans first priority would be,even if you don't agree with MK dons whole existence.

Mainline and local services go from Euston to Milton Keynes Central. Mainline is quicker: less stops!
(Sat 18th March) Train times are:

Euston dep: 1217 (Preston Service)
MK Ctrl arr:  1247

Euston dep:  1237 (Birm. New Street Service)
MK Ctrl arr:   1307

Euston dep:  1303 (Liverpool Lime St. Service)
MK Ctrl arr :  1333

Not sure on ticket prices- wasn't told of any engineering work either.

The National Hockey Stadium is a couple of mins walk from the station (outside and turn left).

Think you mean more away fans than home fans.

MK Dons crowd average this season is over 5,200 being placed where they are means increased away support.  But I would imagine there will be at least 4,500 MK Dons 'fans' so we will have to go some to outnumber them.
There last home crowd was 4826 including 171 visitors.

We are therefore not going to have more support than them; it'll just seem like it !

Did you not attend the home FA Cup game against MK Dons this season?

If you did go, a certain percentage of your ticket would have gone to MK Dons. Unless you didn't pay for your tickets you have already given them some of your money.

When me Axe and Barris went, it was all very bizarre, Alistair Campbell in the crowd, Winkleman trying to gee the crowd up, and people applauding corners!

Check out the Indian restaurant near the ground - they serve beer and you can tuck into a nice Indian at the same time
I thought you were boycotting Franchise FC?  Or does that only apply when Southend play there?

No, I went to cross another stadium off my list and in reference to my earlier post, I was saying that to see if WS bit...

Looks like he did

You have right to say your opinion, ITS your opinion, no one elso have to tell you what to say, if anyone don't like what you say, then they don't have to reply it, simple eh?

As for my own opinion .... Iam going to MK Dons, just to get behind Southend & hope for easy 3 pts to keep them rooted to bottom & a step closer to League 2 as I don't give a s**t about MK Dons. My £15 make no different to them as they need 20'000 every week to pay their debts (but won't happen

Finally got my ticket! Yahoo!

On the matter of boycotting me for one did not agree and still does not with the whole Franchasie. but that is not going to stop me going to support the lads. thats number one on my agenda and just because I disgree with the whole MK Dons package doesn't mean I won't go to cheer them on
