Must admit though, when I read in the paper this morning that a 'senior Tory' was set to announce they'd be leaving the campaign, I was expecting a bigger name.

Maybe that's indicative of what an ordinary bunch we have at the top these days.

No the truth that it's impossible to put an upper limit on immigration, while we're signed up to the free movement of people in the EU.

Of course. But party chair isn't really that big a deal. And she was only a minister without portfolio.

A name, for sure - and I agree with her decision - but big names ain't what they used to be.

We have. Because we older and wiser and have lived with the EU's corruption and failures, we have to do what's best for them. Even if it that means you aren't very 'cool', then so what.

We, of course, means all 51 year old gits, (or older), who don't really get what the EU has done for them or their children.
