The 2nd of the season begins!

End of Over 35 (5 runs). One Team....One...: 125-6, runrate=3.57

Van dyk* 63 (71 balls)
Fish 1 (5 balls)

Last Wicket: Flower c. Stanton b. Guy 20 (FOW: 118/6)

As you may, or may not remember, in the last game they had a certain Wright - a good batter who batted all the way thru in the 1st innings and nearly all the way thru for his 2nd innings, so Jackman getting him early was nice. Happy with that and once Van Dyk is moved, then im hoping they reach 180 tops!

Kev

Not quite as impressive as MrB, but im getting there!

End of Over 42 (Maiden). One Team....One...: 136-10, runrate=3.24
Guy 12-4-25-5
Imithiyaz* 0 (0 balls)

Jackman with 13-3-31-3 to boot!

Lovely jubbley!

:)

But that depends whether you have set a declaration target or not.....

Yep, declaration target is 430.

Currently 278-0, so I'm clearly going to have time for a bowl this evening. I bowled them out in 20 overs last time round, although probably in more bowler friendly conditions.

Wheater 10-2-33-0
Hutton* 173 (191 balls)
Potter 144 (148 balls)

well the change to the bots hasn't made much of a change, they're not drained on fitness but still cack

I'm in two minds as to whether I should make the game last 3 days for maximum revenue or finish it early and save fitness. Some of my bowlers are waining somewhat in the fitness stakes.

Steady start from my boys

Bartlett finally goes, not a bad knock on moderate fitness. Expect to make about 290, 320 would nice for that batting point.

Good to see my Worthless/Worthless hit their guy for 6

How has Bartlett got to moderate fitness? I can't shift my batsmen from energetic or sublime even playing 3 games a week!

*Shrugs shoulders*

Batting about 120 overs a week probably doesn't help
