I would also add that we shouldnt paint a picture that TBV were to blame for the shouting in the silence nor the flame canister they were undertaken by individuals . The TBV has been excellent this season I would say. They do bring an atmosphere and have been extremely supportive towards Phil and players even during the difficult runs.

Well played

Hate to p*ss on the parade but both sets of fans in the minutes silence for the people who died at Bradford - disgrace! And doubtless there will be well they started it! A minutes silence is a minutes silence - was a disgrace and anyone involved should be ashamed!

That was caused by an absolute tool in our end shouting 'Shut up you Luton ****s'

A number of Luton fans were clearly not in the ground yet so wouldn't have known the minutes silence was happening, and that brainless comment obviously sparked a reaction from the Luton fans who were in the ground.

You can slag off Luton and their fans all you want that was all down to our end yesterday. It was shameful and incredibly disrespectful!

On to the game.... Fantastic effort from TBV, we needed a 12th and then an 11th man out there and you provided it!

The verbal comment came from the back of the west stand, to be fair the core of TBV are towards the front. Saying that I've been at most home games in W and have noticed an element of blues "fans" towards the back of W block and some at rear of V who appear to be "old boys"...... Anyone else noticed that too?

Either way the really inflammatory point was from our side of the wall....

I'll just stop you there and tell you now that 99% of that block is disgusted that the minutes silence was broken. It was one individual who unfortunately couldn't keep his mouth shut after Luton fans were singing outside the ground (as stated in a previous thread). Don't tar everyone in that block with the same brush, as 99% of the fans in W block and blocks surrounding were clearly disgusted at what happened. It's a shame that it happened tbh, as it's detracting from the atmosphere created by the fans yesterday, who were absolutely superb all game long.

fair point, and apologies to members of TBV who did manage to show respect and keep quiet for one minute and then sing their hearts out for the next 90....

there is zero doubt that the fault lies within our own house on this one. As stated several times, the Luton fans singing were outside and therefore not participating in the silence.

"The core of TBV are near the front" hahahah you know nothing, you mean the 12 year olds at the front who only sing if we are playing well and don't even watch the football? 😂

or the ones that have provided consistent support for the team home and away all season? (not that others don't) some comments from people on here are pure ******** and is the main reason why people stay away from this site.

I have been a supporter of TBV and think what everyone is trying to do is great . I also stand in W as does BJB if he is who I think he is and like yourself we sing all game . I don't want to get into an argument ( especially after a great day) but I can recall this season chants of 'cant hear the blue voice sing' coming from the back . I don't agree with people singing against their own supporters but it clearly does show that although in general the support is good , it could be improved . Recently we have played better and have not gone 1-0 down so it has been 'easy' to sing. When the chips are down is where we really prove our worth IMO.

ps- if you are trying to say that the core of the singing comes from the front then I do have to disagree

I'll assume you are one of the "fans" at the back then........

Funny, it was the point you make about "can't hear the blue voice sing" or "blue voice give us a song" that I had in the back of my mind!

What I'm saying is that everyone does their bit and to come on here posting that us lot down the front don't do our bit is complete bollocks. I come home from almost every game be it home or away with my throat in an absolute state, so the **** that "the front of w block" or "the 12 year olds" get is just very annoying.

About time everyone kissed and made up maybe?? We are third and winning our final game will see us out of this **** division. Time to start getting excited for next Saturday rather than having a nibble about last Saturday. It's the first time we have been in this position at this stage for seasons, let's just enjoy it. You know it makes sense.
