Simon Jackson is the CFO (not CEO) of Kimura Capital, went to SHSB and is Peter Taylor’s son-in-law.

Kris Tremaine is the founder, CEO and CIO of Kimura Capital, went to WHSB.

I imagine all it is at the moment is that they've finally come to an agreement on the value and structure of a deal. Still the DD and contracts bit to get through! Although you would think that filing 2 of the 3 sets of missing accounts will help. I'd imagine having nil rent and nil management charges in those accounts will help smooth the process too.

I heard a few weeks back that completion was going to be 1st June. As it's gone along I think I misinterpreted that info (or they had) and actually it could be the exclusivity period/preferred bidder from 1st June.

Seems to be falling into place...

I might be naive but I read this differently. Why would you post this online if you are still miles away from closing a deal?

He's probably as excited as us about this. A new adventure and 'an opportunity' as R** puts it! Clearly a breakthrough though.
