The whole things daft and draconian, it doesnt affect attendances, and there are plenty of people who dont live near there teams anymore or are older or infirmed who cant watch their team despite wanting to pay, totally nonsensical especially at this level.DAZN are going to get a shock when the NL's past figures are going to be nowhere near reality now it's moving to a platform that will not allow VPN.
It seems incredibly daft that people who have always been willing to pay will now have to resort to piracy.
Good stuff @fatgrandad, ExpressVPN is one of those mentioned in the article I posted earlier. I guess the next hurdle will be your address? (see post 19).For what it's worth...
I had a play this morning and as others have discovered, my usual VPN route failed when I tried to login to DAZN.
I then tried ExpressVPN, set to teleport me to the USA, and that let me in and I've set up my DAZN account.
I may still come a cropper when it comes to payment, but progress at least.
I use Nord and I can currently access the site from Germany. My NLTV subscription doesn't cancel until 10th Nov so I'm hoping to still use it for tomorrow. I'll try using DAZN after tomorrowI came across this article just now. Does anyone on here use Nord VPN, and if they do can they access DAZN?

You can possibly use a virtual credit card and pay in euro. Something like Revolut maybe? Not sure about the VPN but if it does work it sounds like DAZN also check that the country you're claiming to be from matches your billing address, so you'd also need a foreign bank account.
(AT the risk of sounding a tad smug) perhaps the VPN brigade will get a taste if how I felt last Sat.when not only couldn't I see our cup game with Charlton ,I could even listen to BBC Essex online as that was n't available internationally!DAZN are going to get a shock when the NL's past figures are going to be nowhere near reality now it's moving to a platform that will not allow VPN.

You realise we all didn't get Eastleigh away streamed too, right? FA Cup R1 streaming got killed a few years ago when everyone threw a wobbly at the FA for streaming games on bookmaker sites abroad.(AT the risk of sounding a tad smug) perhaps the VPN brigage will get a taste if how I felt last Sat.when not only couln't I see our cup game with Charlton ,I could even listen to BBC Essex online as that was n't available internationally!
FWIW,I'd 've thought that the demand for Tues.night games will increase (even at a greater price).
Also FWIW managed to change my password & switch to DAZN easily yesterday.Hopefully I won't have any reception problems later but then I don't have a VPN!

Odd to feel smug at others being unable to watch games but you do you.
Tuesday games will be available to UK users too.
Thanks dinosaur, revelling in supporters not being able to pay and watch there own team.(AT the risk of sounding a tad smug) perhaps the VPN brigage will get a taste if how I felt last Sat.when not only couln't I see our cup game with Charlton ,I could even listen to BBC Essex online as that was n't available internationally!

You weren’t the only one who couldn’t watch the game last week. Feeling smug that many many UK exiles can’t watch the games anymore isn’t very nice. That's why I mentioned it.
International weekend so will be available in UKOne way or another we should know the art of the streaming possibilities before Altrincham away next Saturday.
Exactly this, when I was a teen with no commitments and lived nearby I had a season ticket. Family, work, distance, being poor and a few other personal factors mean I can only go to a handful of games per season.I recently spoke to a supporter of another club, who told me that supporters should just go to the games instead of moaning about them not being available online or on TV. He said proper fans go to matches. As I told him, everyone's situation is different. I would go to every game, but being a Southend supporter who lives in Birmingham, with a son who has disabilities, it never going to to possible to go to every match. Online access is a godsend.
I don¡t mind you paying full price & watching SU games on Tues,That's your right! Thanks dinosaur, revelling in supporters not being able to pay and watch there own team.
Of course if it’s shown on IPTV for free as normal then it will double ruin your day.
If they can get round all the Sky and Bt games then I’m sure they will crack the DAZN nonsense
