Storm in Southend last night!

I woke up and saw a flash......in the mirror. My boob had popped out of my PJ top.

Seriously though - I woke up in the night but heard nothing of this storm! Strange as I am usually a light sleeper.

It snowed the day I was born, nothing too unusual about that other than the fact I was born in June. I always assumed my mum was making it up until I saw this online:

Late Snow

All I heard was when my mum told in the morning when I got up! And the dog was apparently bricking so she started scartching the door to come upstairs, didn't hear that or when she jumped up on my bed then jumped off again

It either passed Eastwood by or I slept through it which would be highly unusual. Damn, I love a great storm.

I missed it also. Slept right through it. Some people have said it was a right cracker of a storm and the lightening lit Eastwood up. My husband was on call out last night and I didnt even hear his phone go or hear him get out of bed.
Shame coz I love a good storm

Me, hear a storm, I was on holiday in one of the worst hit places, Harwich. I went to a caravan park just round the corner to Harwich school, and the roof of the school was struck by lightning. It was a scary experiance, but it always sounds worse in a caravan!!!

Cracking storm..not seen one like that in years. Watched from my bedroom window for half hour..I love lightning!
You love lightning then... would you like it if you were close to being struck by lightning, killing you?

I was in a caravan at the time of the storm, and it sounded awful! The lightning was just about missing the caravan I was staying in.
