Stewarts Law LLP/PG Site v SUFC - 26 June 2024 - DISMISSED WITH COSTS

I don't think they run in order, as we often get pushed to the end IIRC but we are No 11 on the list of 10;30am cases. There are 41 cases for that timeslot in total.

Good luck to the Bedfont and Hatton Royal British Legion today but Stronghold Global Finance, UK Capital Reserve and Access Property finance can all do one, they sound just like the kind of fictional companies that slumlord Ron makes up.

Does anyone know what we actually owe PGSS for? Can only assume they were involved in work on the training ground or one of the mysterious loans to cover Ron’s other debts.

I expect it'll be an adjournment today.

Kicks the can down the road and keeps the embargo on, but if COSU manage to decouple then the bill could be paid fairly quickly, I'd imagine.
