Their keeper wasn't great last season so it makes sense.Joining Sutton United?
Life don't get much better than that!
Sad but not surprising. Collin is developing into an excellent goalkeeper.
I hope you’re right re Collin but I do not share your views right now. I would sign a keeper and have Collin as the number 2Sad but not surprising. Collin is developing into an excellent goalkeeper.
There is only one Steve in this club anyway. Once a Shrimpet, always a Shrimpet.
The hopeful replacement will be just as good, less prone to injury and much more suited to our style of play.Oh great, all this dithering and we lose imo our best player….Arnold, great start to the new era!
……ask Ben Foster who recently stated that Premiership keepers would struggle in our League….big strong dominating Arnold will be impossible to replace, worth far more to us than Jack BridgeOh great, all this dithering and we lose imo our best player….Arnold, great start to the new era!
Poppycock, impossible to replace Phil Browns only decent signing. What is our style of play by the way, going sideways?….how can a new keeper be more suited to that? The hopeful replacement will be just as good, less prone to injury and much more suited to our style of play.
What do Dalby and Bridge come under in terms of quality of signings? Ps. I'm no Phil Brown fan.Poppycock, impossible to replace Phil Browns only decent signing. What is our style of play by the way, going sideways?….how can a new keeper be more suited to that?
Your opinion of course, but in my opinion Steve’s replacement will definitely be the next level up, as will all of our new signings to come.……ask Ben Foster who recently stated that Premiership keepers would struggle in our League….big strong dominating Arnold will be impossible to replace, worth far more to us than Jack Bridge
Balderdash. I suggest you have a look at @ShrimperStats work and come back talking sense.Poppycock, impossible to replace Phil Browns only decent signing. What is our style of play by the way, going sideways?….how can a new keeper be more suited to that?
For this particular League, two a penny, Arnie was the perfect fit for a National League keeper and surprise surprise, he is the first to bail out! What do Dalby and Bridge come under in terms of quality of signings? Ps. I'm no Phil Brown fan.
Only reading between the lines here but I expect he was told he was not guaranteed first team football if he stayed. For this particular League, two a penny, Arnie was the perfect fit for a National League keeper and surprise surprise, he is the first to bail out!

Arnie was to expensive and a clear risk to be reserve keeper for this season. That's a job for young up and coming lad who no doubt will be targeted by your good self on here.....Just like you did with Colin. For this particular League, two a penny, Arnie was the perfect fit for a National League keeper and surprise surprise, he is the first to bail out!
And yet we had one of the best defensive records in the division in a season where he barely played…
....and we had two crap replacements, would have been even better with a proper keeper! And yet we had one of the best defensive records in the division in a season where he barely played…
Very harsh on Collin that, don't think we could've asked of any more from him.....and we had two crap replacements, would have been even better with a proper keeper!
