The club doesn't generate enough cash to pay rent. He can charge it but it isn't likely to get paid and Ron Martin will know that better than anyone.

Oh the joy of leaving RM dangling as a a 'customer' creditor right until the last minute, or even letting him take us to court and our valid defence in the eyes of the judge being 'pot kettle black'. :smile:

You know absolutely nothing about me. If you did then you know in terms of 'arrogance' you couldn't be further from the truth.

you are right ,maybe -condescending would have been more accurate. It doesn't really matter to me how you are in real life and what you actually meant , I was simply illustrating how your post looks - and I would say the same to anyone else that uses the 'wake up and smell the coffee' when they are offering an opinion where all the facts are not known .
