I have said you don't need to get in early in the season to make a signing on a free transfer. Nothing about we have missed out on them. I'm just debating that statement you have made, as they have been happening all through the season.

I agree it's not imperative to make early signings - but I think you'd agree it's desirable.
Yes, it's still possible to get free transfers at any time, I know the rules, but if a player is on a free in the middle of the season, you'd have to ask why?
And you offering one example of a good player with no massive wage demands on a free would be equally desirable.

We have been **** and deserve this scoreline but this ref has shown a clear bias whether it's intentional or incompetence I couldn't tell you though
