Echo News Southend United bring in Portsmouth forward Reeco Hackett-Fairchild on loan

Pretty happy with this. Good reputation, 6ft 3in and will offer us something different.

Not sure about this player believe we need someone that can bully defenders like Corr.Trust MM to make the right decision and happy to be proved wrong

It's interesting. You have a 22-year-old forward for a Premier League that presumably has potential and another same age with mostly non-league experience and who do you prefer?

The non-league guy that has everything to prove and nothing to lose.

According to Kenny Jackett when he signed for Pompey, RH-F is left footed and can play across the front line.

Being 6'3" is a plus - we need a focal point for players like Sim and ANG to play off.

Played 40 games of National League and none in the EFL- can’t get into a L1 squad
Don’t get me wrong he may be an excellent addition to our squad and a great signing, but the idea he is the answer leading the front line week in week out might be a bit of a stretch. I assume we are still looking to bring in another experienced striker.
