What a cracking game, Loza was sensational. Let's hope he is our silver lining and pushes us on this much needed run of good results.

Fantastic result, fantastic team performance and fantastic debut.

Started well and got the early goal which helped. Great energy from the whole team/

Just the lift we needed.

Obviously Loza will get massive credit but thought the likes of Leonard and Atkinson were excellent as well. What I liked about Loza wasnt just that he was quick, but that he was confident on the ball, could pick out a decent pass. Little bit greedy at times, but who can blame him.

Nice boost to our GD as well which was already pretty good compared to those around us and worth an extra point.

Their keeper prevented it being a rout. Loza and Egan look top notch hope we can get both loans extended. No one really played badly which is very encouraging.

I thought we had Lozza on a season ending loan, if not please Mr PB spaek to the management at Norwich , he does sound like the link thats been missing from the team all season,and the experience can only be good for him and Norwich.Just remind Norwich how we help Britt Assombolonga in his career

That's centre back pairing is awesome! Egan and Sokolik seem to gel really well with each other and when one is caught out the other is there to help out.

I thought Atkinson, Coker and Egan all played really well. We probably gave them a few too many chances but the 442 meant we could pressure their backline which is where we got so much joy, and if we were a bit more open at the back then in the end it was the time to take a gamble.

Excellent team performance all round and shows that we've got a lot of talent in this squad, we just need the breaks to fall for us and give us the confidence to express ourselves and attack the poor defences that do show up in L2.

Loza a month and pretty sure Egan not till end of the season.

Can be extended though and seeing as none of them are going to get 1st team football cant see why their clubs wouldnt want them playing games.

Cracking performance , can't remember seeing a fitter side at the hall for some time , the midfield pressured and closed down Oxford all night long and the hunger and desire to track back was impressive .
Not forgetting we played some tidy stuff also and the back four were agresive in everything they done , in all a great night and in my opinion it was a must win game and boy did we do that .

Every player 8.5 out of 10 with Loza getting a 9

Every one put in a real shift and Loza was superb,Been banging on about lack of pace and this kid delivered big style,The midfield had an out ball every time and their keeper was incredible or it could have been 6.

Brilliant stuff from the lads and well done to Phil.

Please Phil never play 451 again.

Well its been called for. Corr, Barney and Eastwood will not perform together but any of the three with some pace and its game on. Also one in the eye for PB persisting up to now with one up front when clearly we can make two up top work. Loza gives me memories of Cadette. Good with the footwork and a wriggly beggar.

Thought Coker was outstanding and the CB's clearly think a second quicker than the league 2 opposition.

If Bentley leaves in the summer, get Ryan Clarke in. Bloody hell, what a performance, could and should have been 6 or 7 were it not for him. Not just his shot stopping either, he commanded his area well.

Oh and well done Southend, quality team performance and a truly magical goal from loza, thoroughly deserved!
