i seriously cant stand spammers. all day at work they coming up to me. errrrrr yeah we only playing u cos we feel sory for u and thought we would fill stadium to get u some dosh.

Oh dear... The Box Office lines are down now, so there's no way I can get through. This is going to be fun this evening.

They appeared to be down/weren't accepting fresh calls for about 20 mins, but I managed to get through just now. Couldn't keep my place in the line though, as I'm already leaving early today and can't spend 40 minutes on the phone.

This is why it's great to be a Southend fan. There's even a mini drama going on, when trying to get hold of tickets. Hope you all have a happy ending. Hooly won't pay at the gate, he wants his soap-box seat in the South Upper;)
 
To be honest, it really winds me up when away fans are in the home end but I think tonight I am going to be so busy looking at the pictures in my programme (if there is one) and trying to match them to the SUFC players so I can work out who the hell everyone is!!

Plus they are putting money into the club that we desperately need. Let's face it Canvey Island at home would not bring in the same revenue.

So let them have their fun - I'm just glad there is a team to support after the goings on of the past few months :-)

I'm a couple of seats along tonight so you won't hear me TSNB! :excellent: Yea right!

I got through ESB. The story from the club is that the text service provider says that all texts have been sent. They've now printed me off a paper ticket which will be collectable from the main ticket office until 5pm & the North East window after that. But I think they are only printing them if you phone up.

I'm not holding my breath about that either! :scared:

Cheers, That's exactly what they've done the other times the system hasn't worked and it's what I wanted them to do yesterday when I managed to get through, but they told me to wait... Looks like I might have to keep ringing and trying to get through.
 
Quite brilliantly really... Whilst on hold, I just got offered the chance to put forward a young supporter for free club membership for the 08/09 season... Think I might take them up on that offer, see how far I get.

You'd hope that Moley would be lurking on here as usual
Work out there is a problem & tell the club.
They will then issue a statment on the OS that all text tickets will need to be collected in person.

Or is that toooooooooooooooooo Simples!
 
Fair play to any Wet Sham fans actually from London who support the Hamsters.

It would be easy for them to be gloryhunters and support one of their bigger and better neighbours such as Spurs.

My issue is with Essex-based Hamsters.

I was born in Romford, it was in Essex then (so was West Ham though)
